›Optical Proximity Sensors and Ambient Light Sensors
This module includes optical proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and infrared LED. It enables lowering current consumption and/or improving the screen visibility under the bright environment.
›Reflective Type Photosensors
This is the type for judging existence or absence of an object by detecting the reflection from such object with casted light.
›Photo Diode
ROHM photodiodes have been adopted in a variety of compact precision equipment. Both side view and top view types are available.
›4 Direction Detector
This is a surface-mount optical type 4-directional sensor based on the new concept ”Optical” solution. This device get less influences from vibration than the mechanical type device and is also free from magnetic influence unlike the magnetic type device: so that this device detects up/down in four directions accurately.
›Transmission Type Photointerrupters
Optical switches which detect existence/absence of object(s) by intercepting of light, suitable for various applications like sensing of position or speed of rotation, etc.
